My bamboo looked good from the top when it arrived, but the roots were small and didn’t seem very healthy. I planted it right away, but one of the plants still struggled quite a bit. For the price, I really expected a stronger root system. Shipping was fine, so that wasn’t the issue, but the weak roots felt like a preventable problem.

i ordered a couple of bamboo plants and they showed up in good shape, with no major damage or anything. the only thing is they looked a bit younger and less full than what i expected from the photos. they might fill out over time, but right now they’re a little thin. not bad, just kind of average for the price...

I ordered a few plants and the whole process was really easy from start to finish. They arrived mostly healthy, with just one plant having a couple of yellow leaves, but it wasn’t anything major. The soil was still a bit damp when they got here, and the packaging was decent. Overall, happy with the experience

My bamboo plant showed up with a little damage, so I emailed them thinking it would turn into one of those long back-and-forth situations. It didn’t. They replied quickly, just asked for a photo, and kept it really simple. They offered me either a replacement or a refund, and I went with the replacement. The new one arrived looking healthy and packed much better, with the leaves still in good shape. it was nice dealing with a shop that just fixed the issue without making it awkward

I ordered from bamboo-gardens after comparing prices with a few other sites, their prices seemed fair. Nothing felt inflated or sketchy, and I felt like I got a reasonable deal for what I bought. Overall, I was happy with the experience and I’d order from them again...

I was surprised by how high the shipping cost was for my order. I understand that plants, especially bamboo, probably need extra care when being packed, but the fee still felt a bit much compared to the price of the item itself. What seemed like a decent deal at first ended up not feeling worth it once shipping was added. I really wish the cost had been clearer upfront or more reasonable. At this point, I’d hope they’d offer some kind of compensation or adjustment, because it definitely left a bad impression. I probably wouldn’t order again unless that changes.

Just a heads up for anyone ordering this bamboo: it comes with a ton of padding, so plan to spend a little time unpacking it. My box had a few dents when it arrived, which worried me at first, but the plant inside was totally fine and nothing was broken. i’d rather deal with extra packaging than a damaged plant, so overall I’m happy with it.

The plants took forever to really settle in, and they barely grew at all this season. Maybe the weather didn’t help, or maybe they just needed more time, I’m not sure, but I was expecting a bit more by now

I had a problem with my order, getting it sorted was more of a hassle than I expected. I had to email a few times, and the replies were slow, so it felt like I was constantly chasing just to get basic updates.

To be fair, they did eventually fix the issue, so I appreciate that. But it took way longer than it should have, and the whole thing was frustrating enough that I’m not sure I’d order again. One of them showed up with a bit of leaf burn and still feels like it’s lagging behind the others, but it’s alive and hanging in there. Overall, I’m happy with the order — I just wish that one plant was bouncing back a little quicker.

The bamboo growing advice helped me a little, but it felt kind of surface-level. Like, it gives you the general idea, but when I actually needed to figure out the watering and what kind of soil to use, I still had to go searching somewhere else. Not useless, just not enough if you’re trying to really get it right

I ordered a few bits from bamboo-gardens.com and, i was pleased with the prices. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect quality-wise, but it turned out better than I thought for the money. Delivery was fine as well, nothing amazing but no problems either. Overall, it felt like good value and fairly hassle-free. I’d probably use them again if I need more garden stuff.
